I’m a little different from the rest and I love that difference because it’s ME! My passions are acting, yoga, dancing, surfing, health and baseball! I am extremely positive, because we are what we think all day long. I believe in treating this planet with the utmost respect. As for people, respect is earned not just given. My body is my temple, because it’s the only thing I truly own!
I love and use the Yogic Arts flow as my base in all my yoga classes. I teach a yoga class called “The Yoga Terminator” which is an interesting mix of yoga, dance, fitness, and fun! Sounds like a Love warriors class to me!
